1. How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A: The average delivery time is 7 to 16 business days after shipment.
2. Where do the products ship from?
A: Most of our suppliers are located in Europe and Asia.
3. What is the quality of the products?
A: Our products are of premium quality, and we provide real product photos on our website.
4. When will my order be shipped?
A: After payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our distribution center, then picked, customized*, packaged, and shipped. Shipping confirmation is usually sent via email within 2 to 7 business days after purchase.
5. Can I pay in installments via boleto?
A: Installments are only available via Credit Card and Klarna.
6. Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Yes. Please place your order on the website and contact us via email or Instagram immediately to reserve your pickup.
7. I ordered multiple products but only received part of them. Is that normal?
A: Yes, this is normal. Products may be shipped separately to avoid customs taxation and reduce delivery risks.
8. What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don’t worry. We monitor all shipments daily. If your order does not arrive within 120 business days after dispatch, we will issue a 100% refund according to our shipping policy.
9. I can't track my order. What should I do?
A: Tracking codes may take up to 5 business days to activate on tracking platforms, as shipments are international.
